Charitable Trust Registration
The The Indian Trusts Act, 1882 defines a Trust as an obligation annexed to the ownership of property, and arising out of a confidence reposed in and accepted by the owner, or declared and accepted by him, for the benefit of another, or of another and the owner.
Documents Required in Registration
1. Minimum 3 to 5 Persons required to register a trust.
2. Identity proof (Adhar, Voter ,etc)and address proof of all the members required.
3. Trust name and address required.
4. Phone Number .
5. After document submission within 10 days all the process will be completed.
