Non-resident Indian and person of Indian origin (NRI-PIO), also called Overseas Indians or Indian Diaspora, are people of Indian birth or descent who live outside the Republic of India. Documents Required in NRI Marriage

1. Age of the groom must be 21 years or above and bride must be 18 years or above.

2. Both bride and groom must be living together after solemnizing wedding.

3. Submission of physical, mental health medical certificate is mandatory. Both the applicants must be in fine condition.

4. Applicant’s relationship must not fall into the category of prohibited list of relations according to marriage law.
