The Indian Trusts Act 1882 is a codification of trusts law, introduced for India in 1882. It is an Act to define and amend the law relating to Social Welfare Trust Registration.

Documents Required in Registration

1. Minimum 3 to 5 Persons required to register a trust.

2. Identity proof (Adhar, Voter ,etc)and address proof of all the members required.

3. Trust name and address required.

4. Phone Number .

5. After document submission within 10 days all the process will be completed.
